What an inspiring day at NCSM’s 60th Anniversary Wellness Weekend as we welcomed SG Lim to our Kuala Lumpur headquarters during one of the final stages of his remarkable 2,200km Run For Gold journey across Malaysia.
Since March, SG Lim has travelled across the country to raise awareness on cancer prevention, early detection, and the importance of community support. Driven by a deeply personal mission and carrying the symbolic Relay For Life torch, his journey has inspired Malaysians from all walks of life to stand united in support of cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, and families.
We were honoured to receive the Relay For Life torch and witness the overwhelming support shown by the running community and the public. The torch serves as a powerful reminder of hope, resilience, remembrance, and our collective commitment to those affected by cancer.
Thank you, SG Lim, for your dedication, perseverance, and unwavering advocacy. Your journey continues to inspire meaningful conversations about cancer awareness and reminds us that together, we can make a difference.

✨ The Torch Relay journey continued at UCSI Hospital, Port Dickson 💛
SG Lim passed the torch to Prof. Dr Jamali, Medical Director of UCSI Hospital, marking another meaningful milestone in the Run For Gold journey.
We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to UCSI Hospital for their continued support of the Torch Relay. Your commitment to this cause has helped us bring hope and awareness to more communities across Malaysia.
During the visit, SG Lim also had the opportunity to experience a physiotherapy session at UCSI Hospital. Thank you to the team for helping him stay in peak condition as he takes on this 2,200KM mission for children fighting cancer.

If you’ve registered for the NCSM ‘60 Wellness Weekend, don’t forget to collect your race kit before event day.
Please have your registration QR code ready for verification during collection.
As parking is not available at NCSM, participants are encouraged to use public transportation. The nearest MRT station is Raja Uda, or alternatively, use nearby public parking facilities.
